I caught the “Beauty Bug” during my pharmaceutical and medical sales career, as my clients included dermatologists and plastic surgeons. After I experienced the results of my first chemical peel, I was hooked! I have a deep passion for knowledge in the dynamic, ever-changing skincare/beauty industry to stay informed and up to date with the latest technology and cutting edge ingredients in skincare that I enjoy sharing with my clients. Dermaplaning, also known as Dermal Edge Therapy, Epidermal Leveling or Blading is an extremely safe, gentle and effective skin care treatment of manual exfoliation. Dermaplaning is a cosmetic procedure that removes layers of the surface of the skin, as well as, removes the vellus hair from the face with a surgical blade. The process is controlled by the skin therapist and the treatment can be extremely light or more aggressive, leaving the barrier of the skin vulnerable.
